Return Policy
No refunds will be issued.
In case of an error when purchasing a school workbook, you have until September 30 to return it to the store for an exchange or credit note.
We only accept items in their original condition. We will not accept any workbook or textbook with your child's name written in it. We recommend waiting for the start of classes and teacher confirmation before labelling any items.
A 10% restocking fee applies to returns of school supplies.
We do not accept any postal returns. All returns must be made in store.
Delivery charges cannot be credited or refunded.
