Do I have to pay for my order when placing it online?
Yes. You must pay for your order for it to be processed on the website.
What payment methods are accepted on your website?
The only payment methods accepted online are Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as credit-debit cards. Gift certificates do not apply to purchases made on the school website.
Can I place an order by phone or email?
No. Due to the very high volume of orders during the school supply sales period, we only accept orders placed through the website.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the home page, click "Login" then "Forgot password", enter your email address and the site will automatically send you a new password.
Do I need to bring a copy of my invoice to pick up my order?
No, but you must have your order number.
How can I return an item?
No refunds will be issued. In case of an error, you have until September 30 to return a workbook to the store for exchange or credit note. Items must be in their original condition and must not have your child's name written in them. A 10% restocking fee applies to school supplies. No postal returns are accepted. Delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Does the "bon lecteur" loyalty card apply to website purchases?
No. The "bon lecteur" loyalty card does not apply to books or school materials purchased online.
If an item is missing from my order, when will it be shipped?
A missing item will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value. If replacement is not possible, you will be notified by email with the choice: immediate shipment (and in-store pickup for the missing item), wait for the complete order, or credit. Only one shipment per order will be made.
